Worldview and Logic

"People function on the basis of their worldview more consistently than even they themselves may realize. The problem is not outward things. The problem is having, and then acting upon, the right worldview - the worldview which gives men and women the truth of what is."

Francis Schaeffer

Why learn about a biblical worldview?

Understanding what a worldview is and the worldviews on offer in the world around us allows a child to learn to think well, determine which worldviews best fit reality, and ground their beliefs in something they have explored and understand. Having explored various worldviews and examined the options via logic and rational thought, we believe the worldview presented in the 66 canonical books of the library we call the Bible best explains reality.

Pick at least one to read each week, and read the picture books as well as the chapter books, even if your children are older! Each of these picture books contains a well-told story as well as gorgeous art.
